As we step into 2024, it's important to first recognise the achievements of 2023. So, before we get into our January updates, let’s take a look at last year’s highlights. 2023 was a pivotal year for Pixelmon, we achieved significant milestones, expanded our community, and set the foundation for future growth. Notably, this past year paved the way for our upcoming ventures, including the launch of Pixelpals, our first casual game for 2024, and the introduction of the $MON token.

2023 Achievements and Progress
2023 was a huge year for Pixelmon. Here’s a list of our main achievements (not including the many things we’ve been developing that we’re not quite ready to announce)!
February:
Trainer Adventures launched with a new staking and reward mechanism. Over 20 weeks, we distributed over 440E in rewards to our community. Check out the announcement here,

October - December:

The Arena: Evolving Into a New Gaming Experience
Our journey with The Arena has taken an exciting turn with a pivot towards an Arena-style combat game featuring hack-and-slash Musou attack elements and a rogue-lite progression system.

Ongoing development of tribal cultures, with 26 short stories and additional material to be released. Explore our stories here.

Detailed completion of one landmass, with each location imbued with its own lore and historical significance.
